Pachamama Congelados is the branch of the well-known restaurant and first vegan bar in Ceará: Pachamama Cultural.
It is commanded by the internationalist (UFPel) and entrepreneur Karollina Magalhães and the experienced nutritionist (UECE) Ariadna Mendes.
They thought of this new segment based on the need they identified for easy access to vegan cuisine in a more practical way and at the same time tasty and nutritious in different parts of the city and at different times, since there are still few options for everyday life.
